My 8 Must Have Beauty Products When I Travel

Traveling can be stressful on your skin. More sun exposure, many hours in an airplane, different diet, etc. Over the past six years of traveling, these are my go to products when I travel.

disclaimer: I do not get paid to advertise these products. These are my real opinions.

1. Face Mask

Typical when I travel, my skin gets dehydrated and a bit dull. Most likely from all the airplanes, new environments. To counteract this, I usually try doing a mask every other night. Great way to unwind from sightseeing or being with kids all day. The best part is, it adds ZERO weight to your luggage and you get your skin back to glowing within a few minutes!

2. Brush On Block

I first picked this up about two years ago at Costco. This has been one of my favorite discoveries! I keep one in my purse at all times. As I have hit my 30’s and have become worried about wrinkles, I try to do everything I can to prevent it. I love how easy this is to apply and that it doesn’t leave an oily feel. It can easily be applied over make up. Its also easy to just brush on the kids if needed. This is good for every day.

3. Face wipes

I love the Sephora Charcoal Exfoliating Wipes. My face always feels disgusting after being in a plane for 8-12 hours. These wipes are the next best thing to a shower! These wipes have two sides to them. One side is smooth and makes it easy to take of make up and the other side exfoliates whatever is left in your pores. Perfect for the late nights when you are too lazy to do a full face wash.

4. Scrub Clean Cleansing Set

After layers and layers of sun lotion during the day, my pores take a hit and get so clogged. If you are doing a beach vacation, I highly recommend bringing a small face scrubber and cleansing soap.  This is a great mini set that can fit into a carry on.

This sun lotion is great for the face and easy to apply.  The hypoallergenic formula won’t clog your pores or sting sensitive eyes.

6. Mini size make up

Make up is very personal. I recommend trying to find what you can in mini size for your travels. It will save tons of space. I try only bring what I really need to when I travel. I usually leave heavy foundations and many of my brushes at home. Try going more natural when you are on vacation!

7. LIVING PROOF Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo

dry shampoo

Let’s be honest. When you travel, your routine often goes out the window. One spray of this dry shampoo will absorb the oil in your hair and give your hair a boost. It comes in two different sizes.
