Best overall Stroller

 

 

We have had the UppaBaby G-Lux for almost five years now. It has been everywhere from China to Colombia. This stroller is good for babies 3 months to 55 lbs. There are many smaller strollers on the market but I would have to argue that the G-Lux will have more advantages and is worth the price.

Why this stroller?

• Lightweight aluminum frame which makes it easy to lift or carry. (15 lbs)
• The wheels have a suspension which makes it easy to push on cobblestone
• An easy to use break
• folds easily and has strap to carry.
• Tall handles that make it more comfortable for taller adults to push
• The fabric can be removed to be cleaned
• Good amount of storage under the seat
• Seat reclines fully
• Extendable sunshade that is 50 SPF plus

The negatives:

• A bit pricey (but you can use for your everyday stroller)
• cup holder can pop off and get lost if you check the stroller in at the airport

Best Compact Stroller

 

I first heard of Good Baby (GB) when we were living in Shanghai. Since then, I have seen the GB Pockit Lightweight Stroller pop up everywhere and I can see why! This stroller is good for babies 6 months to 55 lbs.

Why this stroller?

• Lightest stroller on the market weighing in at only 9.5 lbs (4kg)
• Very easy to fold and unfold
• fits in a carry on suitcase and the overhead bin of the airplane
• Great for cities that have paved sidewalks

The negatives:

• Very little storage space underneath
• Small canopy
• Does not recline
• Shock absorption is so-so
• not good for older cities with cobblestone
